The Chef programmes the lunch and dinner menus in advance with the guests.

It is advisable that the guests arrive at the hacienda in the afternoon, where they will be received with a delicious coffee, warm atmosphere and the cosiness of the lit fireplaces which give the hacienda that magic touch. We then get ready to prepare dinner, an interactive activity in which the Chef gives a small cooking and wine matching class where each dish is created and matched with the appropriate wines. As well as this there is the opportunity to taste Ecuadorian gourmet coffees and Ecuadorian Arriba chocolates.

In the early morning a country breakfast is served, then the guests get to choose between a hike, horseback ride or visit to the local flower farm.

Then an abundant lunch is prepared once again with the guests’ involvement, working together with the Chef.

There is the opportunity to try new and unusual dishes, which are difficult to find in other places, maybe something that reminds you of your childhood. All in all your stay will be an unforgettable experience!

We cultivate and raise a large part of the food produce which we use at the hacienda, there is even the opportunity to harvest the produce you are going to use if you so wish.
